Lifelong learner

The body has always fascinated me. For the last 15 years I have made the human body my profession. Starting off as a personal trainer after college in Detroit, Michigan I quickly realised how much more there could be to learn about the body other than teaching people to move. I moved to Germany to learn more about myself, the world and the industry. After a few years my career exploded after I earned a position and a partnership with Nike as a Nike Running Coach and eventually a Nike Training Coach. Long story, short, I delved into nutrition, and strength training for endurance sports, but something was missing. In 2017 or 18 I started hearing more and more about the Wim Hof Method, cold exposure and different breathing techniques. After testing it out myself for a couple years I finally found a spot on a winter travel Experience with Wim. From there I finished the Instructor course and felt like I completed the circle of what I can offer my clients. The power of what we can do through hormetic stresses and the breath isn't limitless, but it opens up doors to places we could have never imagined.

I am an ACSM certified personal trainer and a certified Wim Hof Method Level 2 Instructor with a B.A. in exercise physiology and physical therapy and a “soon-to-be” M.A.

Over the past few years I have specialized my work to elevate endurance sports like swimming 🏊‍♂️, biking 🚴‍♂️and running 🏃‍♀️ and the strength training to increase performance and prevent injury. The breath is an amazing tool that we can use to improve all of the above including our general well being.

Currently I live, play, and train in Berlin, Germany.
